Biography
Marcie Arc is one of Jaune's older sisters. The brightest Arc out of the family. Inheriting her mother's intelligence, Marcie spent her early years excelling in her academics, but when it came to combat. It was something she wasn't good at. Her classmates all had their semblances unlocked at a very young age. This caused Marcie to feel not included in their daily sparring practices. Even some of her family members had unlocked their semblance.Around the age of 17, Marcie got accepted into Shade Academy over Atlas. She was confused and saddened by her 'dream' school did not accept her but accepted her sister. It didn't make any sense. She was the smartest out of her family and had the grades to back it up.She accepted her defeat and packed her bags and moved over to Vacuo. Her family bid her farewell and hoped she could survive Shade Academy.Shade Academy isn't like the other three schools. The rumors were true. Vacuo's culture was harsher than she ever imagined. Friendship and praise weren't a thing. It was all about surviving and ruling at the top of the food chain. Eat or be eaten.The first month of school was difficult to adjust to. Teachers and staff were a joke. Never bother to discipline future young Huntsmen and Huntresses. Marcie had to learn it the hard way. She was all alone. She did not want to pick up the scroll and call home. Telling her parents she couldn't do it, etc. Until...she heard her younger brother had gone to Beacon Academy. Hearing the stories from her parents about his progress. After hearing what she was told, she decided to push through and overcome the difficult obstacles.Over the next few years, Marcie had bloomed into an exceptional fighter and respected competitor among the students and Vacuo. Earning her the nickname of Mars/Marcy. A worthy/respected name. She made a name for herself as the Arc Sibling who was brutal in combat and not someone to mess with.
